Delete your PTAI account

1. Make a deletion request

Send the email to privacy@pocket-team.ai with the subject “PTAI account deletion request”.

2. What we delete

Once verified and no exception applies, deletion covers your PTAI account and data linked to it, including:

• profile, goals, measurements and fitness or nutrition information;
• workouts, plans, session history, exercise feedback and saved coach outputs;
• any AI diagnostic content or request metadata that remains within its 30-day retention period;
• authentication links and identifiers under our control; and
• active PTAI subscription-entitlement links under our control.

We also instruct relevant processors to delete or de-identify data associated with the account, subject to their legal and security retention requirements.

3. What may be retained

We may retain the minimum information needed for legal obligations, fraud and security prevention, legal claims and proof that we completed your request. This can include required transaction and accounting records, consent records, privacy-request records and security evidence. Retained information is restricted and is not used to provide the deleted account or for marketing.

4. Timing and identity verification

We normally complete deletion in live systems within 30 days after verifying the request. Copies in rotating backups expire within 90 days and are not returned to live use except for disaster recovery. If a lawful exception or complex request affects timing, we will explain it.

To prevent unauthorised deletion, we verify control of the account—normally through an authenticated app session or by confirming the account email. We will not ask for more identity information than reasonably necessary. We send confirmation when deletion is complete.

5. Cancel your paid subscription separately

Deleting an account does not automatically stop billing controlled by an app store. Cancel the subscription before deleting your account:

• Manage or cancel an Apple subscription
• Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription
